I guide professionals and organizations through identity transitions: the moments where the old story no longer fits, and the new one has not yet formed. I help them thrive.
Lead with clarity from the inside out.
We’re living in a moment where so much is changing that many of us feel adrift.
Individuals searching for clarity and direction in their own work and leaders longing for teams that feel grounded, aligned, and connected again. Beneath the pressure to keep up, stay visible, and perform, this is a constant: we want meaning.
We want to feel like ourselves in our work. We want leaders who show up with presence and honesty. We want cultures where people can speak in their own voice, not hide behind roles. Whether you’re navigating your own professional identity shift or guiding others through uncertainty, the longing is the same: to come home to a way of working and leading that feels true, where clarity, identity, and connection come from the inside out.
Through narrative strategy, meaningful conversations, and practical clarity, I help you thrive through times of change
A guided path to help you through big changes
Everything I offer a Eksakt, is built to help you or your team navigate a professional shift, and cross inner thresholds — translating who you are becoming into a clear, grounded narrative you can lead, live and speak from:
Most people try to navigate major changes or decisions in their work with logic alone.
But logic can only take you as far as the story you’re currently living inside.
Here, you as a human are what makes the business. You get to know the deeper story behind how you show up, what energizes you, what constrains you, what you’re unconsciously protecting, so you can communicate with a confidence that people can feel.
My Inner Authority Method™ helps you tune back into your own frequency to get clarity.
This isn’t free-floating introspection.
And it’s not a rigid step-by-step system either.
I’m offering a structured discovery process:
clear enough to give you direction and momentum,
open enough to reveal insights that can’t be forced.
The same principles that drive creative innovation now guide the way you (and your team) understand yourself.
Tell me who you are. I’ll guide you from there.

“I’m here as an individual.”
I’m navigating a career shift, a visibility shift, or a new season of leadership.
I want to reconnect with my voice, my inner clarity, and my story. -

“I’m here representing my organization.”
I’m looking for workshops, talks, or leadership development rooted in narrative, identity, and human connection.
Know Your Story. Know Your Path.
When you know the story beneath your choices, you speak with more clarity, you lead with more presence, and you bring others with you — not by force, but by being real.
And there’s a reason this works.
Stories are how humans learn and grow.
Every story is about someone moving through change.
So when you understand your own story, you understand how to move through change. And how to guide others through it too.
This is the heart of the Inner Authority Method™:
helping people and teams return to the story that makes sense of who they are, so they can lead from a place that feels true.
Professional growth, reimagined through story, identity, and inner authority.
After nearly a decade in Seattle’s agency world, producing digital storytelling, guiding creative teams, and bringing products from concept to launch, I returned to Copenhagen to rebuild the foundation of my own life. And, unexpectedly, to build the spine of a brand-new creative discipline from the ground up at a danish enterprise company.
Then, after years of delivering stories that carried the pivot to digital for organizations like Microsoft, Boeing, Penguin Random House, Nike and Danish TV 2, I realized something essential:
What if I let the deeply human insights I’d gained from my own life’s transitions meet the skills I’d honed in storytelling, communication, strategy and creative work? And built something new from that intersection?
So I began weaving together those two threads of my life:
That integration is what informs everything I do at Eksakt.
I help leaders and teams find the language that reveals who they are, what they stand for, and where they’re going next.
My personal and professional journey has taught me that clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder or performing more.
It comes from understanding who you are beneath the roles, the expectations, and the seasons of change.
My work is devoted to leaders, founders, professionals who are standing in the in-between: that awkward stage where the old story no longer fits, and the new one hasn’t fully taken shape.
I help them return to the inner steadiness they’ve always had, and articulate the story, identity, and truth that makes everything else fall into place.
What began as my own search for meaning has grown into a structured framework to navigate times of change: a body of work grounded in narrative strategy, the creative proces, emotional intelligence, and a deep commitment to finding depth and meaning.
It now supports companies, teams, and individuals through some of the most defining transitions of their lives and careers.
Your ability to navigate times of change starts within you
Everything you want to change on the outside — your opportunities, your ability to show up and connect, your leadership, your culture — begins on the inside.
When individuals become aligned with themselves and show up with a strong center, teams become aligned with each other.
The Inner Authority Method™ creates this alignment through identity work, narrative clarity, and reflective structure.
Two paths. One starting point: inner clarity.
Begin with the path that feels right for where you are —>
your own transition, or the people you lead.
People choose this work because it helps them come back to themselves, in ways they can feel in their daily life.
It helps them own their voice.
They speak in a way that feels real, steady, and confident.
It helps them shift old patterns.
They see what has been shaping their choices and can finally change it.It helps them connect with others more deeply.
Teams talk in a way they normally don’t get to.
Leaders feel more understood.
Work feels more human. It reminds them why they get out of bed in the morning.
They reconnect with meaning — the part of themselves that wants to grow.It gives them clarity they can trust.
Clear words. Clear direction. Clear next steps.
This is why the Inner Authority Method™ works.
It brings people back to the truth that moves them forward.
A simple approach designed for real human change.
The Change We’ve Been Waiting For
Yes! The world is moving incredibly fast.
Tech is changing everything.
Roles are shifting.
Old rules are fading.
And it can feel confusing.
But I believe that this moment is also exciting.
Because for the first time in a long time, there isn’t just one right way to show up in our work, lead, or grow.
We are witnessing a collapse of the old leadership model, and thank god!: The one built on performance, pace and a narrow idea of professionalism. It hasn’t fallen overnight. It has eroded gradually, year by year, leaving many workplaces marked by something we rarely name directly: chronic uncertainty, misalignment, and a certain kind of chaos..
Today’s speed actually calls for more humanity, not less.
People want real connection.
Real meaning and clarity.
And they want leaders who show up as themselves, not as perfect, polished personas.
This is good news.
It means you get to rethink who you are in your work.
You get to bring your values, your story, your truth, your perspective: all the things that make you you.
Because this is what teams respond to. This is what the market responds to.
This is what builds trust.
This is what creates real change.
My work invites you to lean into that.
To know yourself so well that you can lead, build a career, speak, and show up with a kind of clarity that feels steady: even when the world is shifting.
Whether you’re finding your own direction
or helping others find theirs,
your path starts in the same place:
With the part of you that knows who you are, and wants to build from there.
Your Questions, Answered
-
No. It’s not therapy, it’s strategy. The work is personal only because clarity starts inside, and then translates into stronger leadership and team alignment
-
Most programs focus on behaviors and models. This workshop focuses on narrative, giving leaders the words and clarity to inspire buy-in and direction.
-
No. The process is guided and safe. Leaders choose what to share, and the focus is always on language that feels right and useful.
-
Every participant leaves with practical tools: a personal leadership narrative, a team framework, and a guide for applying the work.
-
Not at all. Narrative is the foundation of leadership. Without it, strategies and structures struggle to land.
-
That’s where this is most valuable. My workshop is designed for transitions: new leaders, restructures, mergers, and change.
-
Yes. The workshop is delivered to leadership groups (up to 12 people), and the outputs can be scaled across teams, functions, or whole organizations.
